Juan Cañada is the director of Graphics Engineering at Epic Games, where he leads the graphics development in the Unreal Engine engineering team. His team is working on next generation graphics technology such as Nanite, Lumen, or real time ray tracing.
Before, Juan was head of the Visualization Division at Next Limit Technologies, where he led the Maxwell Render team for more than 10 years. He also was a teacher of data visualization and big data at the IE Business School.
