Ina Jang joined Smilegate in 2006 and worked as the representative of Smilegate Games in 2013. Currently, she is the representative of Smilegate Entertainment (Smilegate Group’s game development subsidiary) and Smilegate Megaport (Smilegate group’s game service subsidiary) 

As the executive producer of Crossfire, she made the biggest contribution to making a single game to become a mega hit title recording sales of 120M dollars. 

Currently, she is developing Crossfire IP and also leading the global service of hit mobile game Epic Seven.
