The call for the Gamelab 2011 National Awards to the Game Industry is open

As it happens every year, the call to apply for the Gamelab 2011 National Awards to the Game Industry is open. This year the awards will be voted by the members of the recently created Academy of Interactive Arts and Science, except for the press award and the audience award, which will be granted by those collectives. New categories have been included. The call for applications was opened on April 18^th and will end on May 16^th. Winners will be announced during the dinner gala to be held in Barcelona next Thursday, June 30^th.

The Gamelab 2011 National Awards to the Game Industry are granted since 2008 in the frame of the events that take place at the Gamelab, the International Market of Game and Interactive Leisure, to appoint the best works developed in the last year. They are the highest recognition to the dedication and results of Spanish companies and professionals in this industry. At the same time, they offer a reliable termometer of the level of our industry and its companies to the general audiences and mass media.
