Gamelab 360º will Look into New Business Models and How Videogames Lead the Landing of Cultural Industries in the New Digital Economy
At this edition, Gamelab launches Gamelab 360º, a new track that has the support of the Dirección General de Política e Industrias Culturales del Ministerio de Cultura and the Instituto Catalán de Industrias Culturales (ICIC). The scope of this track is to discuss new business models in cultural industries, and to identify and share the keys to success. Gamelab 360º will take place on the 30th of June and will gather international experts from all business trends and major representatives from the cultural world to investigate the new business scene videogames have unveiled in order to provide the grounds for a cross-dialogue that other sectors might benefit from. With the experience built in the videogame industry, Gamelab would like to contribute to the recycling of producers and editors from traditional contents into these new realities in marketing and consumption. Videogames are a point of reference for the successful landing of other industries like movies or music in the new digital economy.
